jeff noel now on Facebook

jeff noel is now on Facebook.

Like yesterday’s post about joining Twitter a few days ago, last night I joined Facebook.

So?

Exactly.

It means nothing to some and to others, it means I’m embracing the future.

The future isn’t going to wait because we aren’t ready.

It’s coming at us like a freight train.

Whether we seize the day or not, the day still comes and goes.

Before we know it, we could be on our death bed.  Seriously.

I don’t live with the fear of dying.

I live with the fear of not fully living.

Carpe diem, jeff noel  🙂

PS.  It’s not even 7:00AM yet, and this is my 5th blog post this morning.  I’m not bragging, nor am I making any excuses, about what I do.  I just do it and if you want to criticise me or cheer for me, the choice is yours

The choice is always ours, isn’t it.  Particularly when it comes to our attitude.

Carpe diem,  jeff noel 🙂

June 1 with Chuck & jeff

Yo!  I said yesterday that I would only be posting here periodically, rather than daily, like I’ve been doing.

Well guess what?  I couldn’t resist posting this video of my friend Chuck and me.  We are like two 12-year olds, enamoured with technology and the power of the Internet.

On Saturday, we gathered at another friend’s house to celebrate a ninth birthday.  While our son’s were in the pool, we spent a little time inspiring and helping each other.

Check it out:

Make it a great day.  Heck, make it a great week.  Happy Monday everyone and carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

I’m Loving What I Do

Luvin’ it!

Finish the race, even if you finish last.

It’s up to each and every one of us to choose our attitude. No one else can do that for us.

It’s hard sometimes. Difficult. Scary. Terrifying even. And yet, a choice still needs to be made.

Wishing you the strength and courage you need, to decide to finish the race.

Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

Figured Out You Tube?

testing 1, 2, 3
You tube experiment. Control Z = undo.

Thank you Chuck for helping me out with this.  It was so easy, even a runner man could figure it out.

By the way, these two clips are in honor of Steve Prefontaine, who died in a tragic car accident on this day in 1975.  He was 24.  He was also America’s running prodigy.

We should get Memorial Day out…

…out of our subconsciousness and into our consciousness.

At least for one day.  How hard can that be?

Do you?  Will you?  Did you?  Pause for a few moments to remember why we hold this day as a National Holiday.

OK, so I cried.  Big deal.  You probably will too.

I wasn’t going to post here today.  But as I was searching for a You Tube video for www.junglejeff.net, I found this inspirational one from Martina McBride – Anyway

Follow your dreams.  Carpe diem,  jeff noel 🙂
