Yo!

Yo!

Hello. Glad you found this site. I can’t wait to make it a place where you can visit to get encouragement to “Do Something Great“, before you die.

We ain’t gonna live forever.

Wake up, World!

The privilege to be alive. To have breathe in our nostrils. To have life. To have the opportunity to serve. To help others. WOW!

Mother Theresa said, “If you can’t do great things, do small things with great love“.

We can. We will. If we all work together!

We’re all going through some sort of Hell, so please don’t think I’m oblivious to this fact. I’m not.

I’ve been here 50 years. I’m acutely aware of life’s challenges.

That’s why, if we can find a source of strength, which may be this little cyber-community, we can encourage each other to “Do Something Great“!

The clock is ticking. Our intentions ain’t gonna get it done. Our actions will.

Make it a GREAT day, because if you don’t, who will? Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

Back to the future on that April Fools Day 2009

Back to the future on that April Fools Day 2009.

(i’m writing this post on November  25, 2017)

The original post, “today”, was too “Disney” to keep public, so i deleted it and many others to err on the side of caution because Disney and Disney Institute had no social media policy.

i over-focused and over-committed on keeping it admirable and never crossed any lines – and was never asked to delete a thing.

Here’s the thing though, with no tangible rules, there was the perceived danger that a less progressive Disney leader could over-react and have a knee-jerk reaction.

Even though the odds were low, they weren’t zero, so i proactively went first.

There was no way of knowing what began today (April 1, 2009) as a 100-day, self-imposed writer’s boot camp would morph into an eight-plus year run.

I waited seven years

When was the last time you waited seven years for something really important?

Well, I waited seven years to claim an internet, “mainstreet” storefront.

I attribute it all to luck.  You know the saying, “The harder you work, the luckier you get”.

This website and blog, www.jeffnoel.com , required patience and creativity. Not to mention a lot of hard work.

The payoff?

If you have your name as a dot com, then you know how lucky you are. If you have it as a dot net or dot org, you know the value of dot com.

If you could care less about the internet and it’s amazing business capabilities, well, then none of this will make any sense to you.

No worries though. It’s all good. To each his own as the saying goes.

Just wanted to say thank you to the “hard work gods” that helped make this possible.

See ya tomorrow. Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

How cool is that?

Very cool.
