Would this be good on a business card?
As a slogan?
As a conversation starter?
As a kick in the ask pants?
Your pants.

Do you notice how conversations change this time of year?
There is always so much talk about what we’re going to do. New Year, New You!
People love to dream and talk about their future plans. A new year brings this on every January.
It lasts a few weeks and then it’s gone.
Until next January.
This happens year after year, until we die.
Martin Scorsase was awarded the Cecile B. Demille award last night at the Golden Globes.
I love movies but am not a movie buff. So seeing all Martin Scorsase’s films, in a flash compilation, was amazing. I had no idea he was such a genius.
Watching that short highlight clip of the movies he’s directed and produced, was like watching, well, a living legend.
But today is not about living legends, today is about a legendary man, who had a dream.
A man who is no longer with us.
A man so legendary, that his dream changed the world.
Our son doesn’t have school today. School’s closed, due to a National Holiday. And it ain’t for Mr Scorsase.
What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
We’ve all heard this question posed to us in our lifetimes.
Some of us have heard it so many times, we no longer hear it, no longer even consider it a valid question.
You now why?
Because nothing in life is guaranteed, except that we will die and taxes will increase.
Giving in, and quitting are so common place. Or, people won’t even start in the first place.
Why?
Because we can fail at everything.
But what if we didn’t fail?
How would our lives be transformed? And more importantly, how would the lives of others be transformed?
Facebook.
Privacy.
Social norms.
Founder, CEO, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook claims Privacy is no longer a social norm.
He’s right, but people older than 30 have their heads in the sand. If you are an entrepreneur, I’d read this article, reflect on it and figure out a way to stay current.
This issue opportunity is changing the Internet, which changes everything else.
