On a plane to WDW, home

Hurricane Milton forecast
Do you see that, bottom-center? It’s f*cked up: 180mph sustained winds. Not gusts, sustained. Unprecedented! It’s only gonna get worse. Which is also messed up. This is my first post in 30,000+ posts that uses the “f” word. Sorry.

We are almost wheels down in Orlando (but not quite), and all i can think about is how much i love blogging.

Why?

Why do you think?

When you get to think (the key element) and write about your daily observations, you are doing the daily reps that grant you entry into the Universe’s Grace. And granted, at best, novice understanding.

Novice understanding is the pinnacle of human achievement. Humans are literally clueless how the Universe works.

Ps. Pray for Florida. My amateur prediction is that America will collectively cry for humanity from the devastation Milton reeks on Florida.

Unprecedented.

Incomprehensible.

it’s now 1030 PM Orlando time.

From here on out it anyone’s guess what the Universe has in store for this moment in time.

Emergency return home, home

Hurricane Milton forecast
Here’s a prelude to tomorrow. This screenshot is 4:00 AM tomorrow.

Leaving two weeks before i thought we would erases all the creative ideas i had for how spend the remaining days.

We had an extraordinary opportunity to do stuff we’ve never done. Never. How exciting and blessed is that?

Banff Day 1, home

Hurricane Milton forecasted path
Today (Oct 5) is the first day we see a forecasted path with timeline and wind strength.

The photo above is our first realization that this mid-October tropical depression could become a “thing”.

Wait.

What?

734 miles of trail, home

Four people in front of a small stage
A “we were there” pic before leaving around 9pm.

Glacier’s 734 miles of named trail provide countless ways to feed your home life’s prioritized priorities.

Oktoberfest in Whitefish, Montana, with Steve and Stacy, Dr Greg’s son-in-law. There’s more to this photo and will save it for later.

Glacier’s one-million acres is a spec inside Big Sky Country’s ethos.

And yet, Glacier might be Big Sky Country’s HQ.
