9-second video: Up near 7,600′. This spot seldom gets used. There’s no trail.
The road less traveled leads to places few see.
The trail less traveled, same thing.
Why don’t more people take the trail less traveled?
Habit.

There was no need for AC the morning of the Two Med boat ride (in video above).
In fact, a heater on the boat would have been a luxury.

In bed by 11:00 PM. Grateful, always, for anything close to eight hours of sleep.
Nature reminds me of the Cosmos’s grand design.
First, it’s a design that i have no intelligent nor definitive answer for, and can only inaccurately try to rationalize.
Observing nature’s landscape, including its wild animals, it seems easy to acknowledge the daily unending struggle to survive.
The wild animals we see today have evolved by having a very focused lane in life.
It’s a paradox of simplicity and unpredictable lawlessness.
It makes my head spin just thinking about it.

Late afternoon. A big thunderstorm approaching. Sent great karma to the hikers and backcountry campers out there, deep in. This photo is from our Lodge’s back porch.
Cheryl made another homemade goodie basket for Addie (two d’s not one). We delivered it to Addie at the Front Desk and she was surprised and delighted. Perfect!
i wrote the message and drew the MM smiley face. Cheryl drew the rest.
This goodie basket is packed with goodies.
Middle right edge, East Glacier Park. Our home away from home.
Yesterday, a 90-minute drive to airport was 315 minutes.
A shorter alternative. But still nearly double the standard time.
Relaxing before dinner.
Daily hotel “history” tour.
We each had a seafood dish.
Cheryl spent the morning and afternoon packing. i did blogging, work, and home admin stuff.
We enjoyed an early dinner, by design.
Early bedtime, also by design.
We wake up tomorrow at 4:30 AM to drive to airport.
