homeowner tax preparation — Two full days, working off and on, to get it organized.

Finished this year’s tax return paperwork organization and calculations yesterday, March 22.

Told our Son i want to prepare next year’s paperwork and calculations in real time throughout this year so that it’s as automated as possible.

So today i’ve got only three months (Jan, Feb, Mar) to process instead of 12. And from this day forward, it’ll be literally done daily.

The second day of Spring, officially, was yesterday. Both Camry’s desperately needed washing.
