My goal in life is to become…

Our Dog is our Son.   And, my goal in life is to become the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Think about it this way too:

Dogs are our link to paradise.  They don’t know evil or jealousy or discontent.   To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring – it was Peace.”   — Milan Kundera

May the Peace that surpasses all understanding be with you today.   Life is hard.  Trust me, I know.  You know it too.  It’s hard for everyone in their own way.  All of us have the weight of the world on our shoulders.  And if we don’t currently, we either did or will soon.

Five blogs?

Five blogs.   Yes.   Five.

Why five?

That’s where fate has led me.

Crazy?   Maybe.   Maybe not.   Where has fate led you?

This is all so new.   Seriously.   The blogging has only been happening consistently since February 2009.

It’s exciting most of the time.  Scary some of the time.  Taxing some of the time.   And always, all of the time, a privilege.

Here’s a post from yesterday at jeff noel.org – it lists all five links, if you’re inclined to look.

Make today a day to “Do Something Great”, because if you don’t, who will?  Carpe diem,  jeff noel

Carpe diem

What does that mean, “carpe diem”?

Most people, myself included, think it means, “Seize the day“!

Here are some thoughts I just found on “seize the day”:

Every man dies.  Not every man really lives.  ~Braveheart

As you grow older, you’ll find the only things you regret are the things you didn’t do.  ~Zachary Scott

Dream as if you’ll live forever.  Live as if you’ll die today.  ~James Dean

I’m glad I have a website.  I put if off for a long time.  I was lazy, worried, busy, ignorant, etc.  Do you have a website?  Great if you do.  If you don’t, why not.  Live, before you die.  Carpe diem, jeff noel  🙂
