Laughter can actually improve our attitude.
Some celebrate birthdays, some don’t. Doesn’t really matter what others do for their birthday.
What matters is what you do, whether it’s birthdays, exercise, diet, learning, work, cleaning, etc.
What you do does matter. Doesn’t it?
Sunday (like three days ago) I shot a 51-second You Tube video, since today is my 51st birthday.

Finish the race, even if you finish last.
It’s up to each and every one of us to choose our attitude. No one else can do that for us.
It’s hard sometimes. Difficult. Scary. Terrifying even. And yet, a choice still needs to be made.
