Life is not a dress rehearsal

tomorrow
Not only mystical, but mythical too.

Life is not a dress rehearsal.

(Live like you mean it.)

The key to life

Disney Keynote Speakers
Last night at Publix check out, a timely visual reminder. Habits and rituals make us and break us.

The key to life?

 Habits and rituals.

Prune the unproductive habits and rituals from your life, for the remainder of your life.

The eyes have it

The eyes have it. Meaning yesterday i had a local eye exam within walking distance from home.

Like many other services in which i had to drive 30 minutes to, i’ve now moved them all closer, except the Allergist (the closest is still 30 mins away).

When you love your eye doctor (or any provider) but you want to change your lifestyle (like walk instead of drive to appointments), you have to embrace “different”.

Also asked Jody Maberry to experiment with a Disney-like “i” in Life, on the “If Disney Ran Your Life” Podcast art. “Have fun with it, don’t cross any legal lines, and let’s just see what his designer comes back with.”

The “i’s” have it?

Maybe.

As soon as you make decent progress

Disney Institute speakers
Twitter screenshot yesterday. i told most audiences, “At Disney, it’s chaos 24/7. The real Magic is that you’ll never believe me.”

As soon as you make decent progress to get caught up with the paperwork of life, a storm hits.

And then being decently disorganized becomes the daily challenge.

Busy as a beaver fixing their dam.

That’s us.

Metaphorically.

Figure it out.

Too busy, right?

No one will notice, only a few will care

Please forgive me…does an adult really need to be coaxed into drinking water, especially upon waking?

In an hour, the sun will come up ever so earlier than yesterday.

The sun will set ever so slightly later than yesterday.

No one will notice.

Yet there are a few freaks who are aware.

Ah, the days officially begin getting longer starting now.
