Nevertheless, Disney Magic happened anyway

Couple days ago on a trip.

 

The odds of bumping into a (legal) Mickey Mouse statue on a college campus were slim to zero.

Odds of it happening outside of California or Florida, and wearing a Mickey Mouse tie?

Definite zero.

Nevertheless, Magic happened anyway.

After applying my Mickey Mouse sticker to the Walt Disney tribute mural, i walked around a bit. Reminisced about my first role at Disney, “Jungle Jeff”.

Pressed for time, i decided to watch the movie anyway. Rather than exit the theater normally, the Disney Host invited us to exit (reenter) back into One Man’s Dream.

i honestly thought there was simply going to be some type of inspiring presentation about Walt Disney. You know, something you passively observed and enjoyed at your leisure.

The hoopla over me being the first one was a “Magic Moment”.

Never expected it.

One Man’s Dream was literally a ghost town for the first 20 minutes.

This unencumbered time allowed several one-on-one conversations with four Cast Members.

Mayor and CEO are synonymous words, if you think about it.

 

The CEO in yesterday’s post was in the spotlight after it became public knowledge he spent nearly $80,000 for one day of Disney Institute training.

Here’s his defense.

At any train Station, simply remove the cardboard placard and leave the stroller behind. Pick any empty stroller at your next stop.

Plenty of parking for empty strollers for arriving Guests.

 

Sharing is taken for granted because we think our issue and solution only applies to our line of business.

The Painters at Central Shops created a propellor-like drill bit to allow for faster and better paint mixing of large quantities of product.

The Chefs at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort saw what the painters did and adapted the same process for mixing large quantities of salad dressings, soups, and sauces.
