Carnival Day 3, Home

Beach umbrellas
Real life in real time. While the USA experiences a once in a generation cold weather event, we are thankful for all-day shade.

Palm trees and sunshine beat the mountains.

The family that invited us presented several surprisingly delightful personal touches.

Time, clarity, priorities, purpose. Keep life simple.

Yes, wheels up Christmas morning at 6:45am.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

And as this goes live on January 23, 2018, will we be amazed at our momentum for 2018?

We should be, right?

Today we are personally at Disney’s Castaway Cay 8:30am – 4:45pm.

Last night’s juggler is part of a week-long rotational entertainment schedule.

Marcus is funny and a talented juggler. Great audience participation too.

Dinner was, as it is every night, luxurious. The choices, the courses, the service, the ambiance – almost makes you feel guilty with the abundance of everything.

And then as we waited for the elevator, a moment – the Mickey hand.

We rarely take an elevator. But for our final 7-story climb at 10pm, we went mechanical.

The sea turtle was nice too.

Now that today’s writing is done, back to Island Time.
