Book writing begins today.

It’s not supposed to start until April Fools Day (a week from today) 2016.

It’s kinda like being a kid on Christmas eve, trying to be patient for Christmas morning.

By the way, Christmas morning quickly becomes obsolete without what happens tomorrow. It took decades before this thought crossed my mind.

Now is the time for the 9th grader to do it

YuGiOh tournament — It’s my responsibility to teach him things school and Church will never teach.

Multiple ice-breakers from the past week are under my belt in an effort to challenge a 9th grader to write his first book before he becomes a sophomore – he’ll have April through August.

(i also, prematurely, challenged him back in first semester to publish before 9th grade ended)

So now is the time to do it.

He wants to be a writer.

Writers write books.

Might as well get the first one done early.

It will make the second one so much easier.

Wait. What?

i think i hear the echo of my own voice.

Some pieces falling into place for my next impossible goal:

Check.

More than enough content for six different Disney Business books.

Check.

A transformational and portable storyboard process to make writing streamlined and focused.

Check.

An irrepressible desire to help people solve their unsolvables.

Check.

A publishing process that’s affordable and efficient.

Check.

An indomitable will.

Check.

Self publishing forms — The book was written, designed, and printed before i announced it publicly.

Does your project matter?

Does it matter enough for the risk and the effort you’re putting into it?

Yes. In fact, it is so important i left a 30-year Disney career at a company i adore.

Is it possible — has anyone with your resources ever pulled off anything like this?

Yes. Hundreds (maybe more) invested in nothing but their big dream and built their platform while working full time in high pressure jobs. And they’ve never looked back.
