Therapy HQ

teen in red walking in the mountains — We returned here shortly after a one-week Family Summer visit. Why? To have lunch one more time before the new school year. It was kinda a joke/dream that came true. How? Being remarkably organized.

Therapy HQ means having a decently organized home structure and processes, like a business.

Being organized is mental therapy.

Without the high stress from being chronically disorganized, chronic and insidious overwhelm becomes far less intense.

Overwhelm isn’t eliminated, but significantly alleviated. So much so that normal, healthy living becomes the norm rather than an exception.
