Do not broadcast your motives

Outgoing people are perfect for hospitality — that’s why it works in Orlando and other tourist places like Glacier National Park.

Generally, outgoing people should keep to themselves in their local community.

Not everyone likes a friendly, outgoing person with super good and decent intentions — it’s suspect.

Once you become suspect, closed-minded people have no interest in you helping them. Why? Because they can’t envision a future that’s not only better than now, but much better than now.

Rat is as rat does

The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win you’re still a rat.

Work hard to buy the best things you can afford

Disney Institute speakers
Google search for, you guessed it, “Disney Institute”.

Working hard to buy the best things you can afford is the American way.

Until it’s not.

And trust me, it’s not.

Learn how to know when enough is enough.

If you can afford an $18k car or a $36k car, lean strongly on the $18k car.

As early as possible, embrace “reduce, reuse, recycle”, and, “live within your means”.
