So i created a blog post (this one) to add an underlined hyperlink. Perfect…

i never did until 1999 (at 40 years old) when i began a career at Disney Institute.

The position required me to be the first one in the classroom or convention center ballroom as the Disney facilitator or Disney keynote speaker.

It’s been a game-changer, becoming a morning person.

It’s also been a roller coaster ride trying to get eight hours of sleep each night.

Such is life.

Can’t imagine how challenging it’d be without having a compelling vision for achieving it.

Changes in altitude, changes in attitude

Changes in altitude, changes in attitude.

Going low, sea level, changes us.

Going high, timberline and above, changes us.

Crazy, but Glacier National Park is a month away.

Attitude is everything or nothing at all.

Choose wisely.

Wisdom comes from experience and experience comes from making mistakes.

Every* year at Disney the annual Leadership Excellence survey results had me go straight to the answer for the most important question…

“I trust my leader.”

On a five point scale of:

Always
Most of the time
Sometimes yes, sometimes no
Not very often
Never

This is the question i hoped to score highest on.

* There were only a few exceptions where we skipped a year due to extenuating economic circumstances, such as the Gulf War and the year following 9/11.
