i am Disney

i know the artist of this San Antonio artwork. It is me. Drawn with a magic marker on flip chart paper. A college Dean has this displayed in her office.

All of these ideas hit me at 4:30am this morning, in this order:

i am Disney.
All trophies (take a photo)
All name tags. (take a photo)
Sunday nights. (only TV show Lori and i didn’t fight over watching)
Lori’s obsession. (her home is a Disney museum)

In 1981 as i walked through West Chester University’s Student Union building, a wall flyer caught my eye – Disney was inviting interested students to attend a college internship info session at 10pm.

That’s how this whole thing got started.

Fear and cancer have the same insidious, debilitating effect

Fear is like cancer.

It can kill you, metaphorically.

You can eradicate fear, like some cancers, in your life with herculean efforts.

And there’s always the reality that cancer (fear) can return.

What then?

You begin the eradication process again.

Disney Speakers — Multiple opportunities exist in the Glacier National Park communities.

Fifteen days until the Summer business season begins with the first of multiple business visits.

Lofty, maybe even impossible goals.

Embracing the reality…

It might not work.

Glacier Park road updates — Camas Road opened yesterday.

What is fun for you?

Planning and visiting Glacier National Park?

Ok.

Road openings will take longer in the higher elevations.

Could be mid-July until Logan Pass is open.

Mid-July, can you imagine being closed because of snow until then?

Trying hard to not think epically

Trying hard to not think epically.

So far it’s not working very well.

To complete all seven Disney Business Books this Summer wil be epic.

To complete them in Glacier National Park will be epic.

To launch a new VIP Executive Retreat experience in Glacier will be epic.

To be able to walk away if an Executive doesn’t see the life-changing value…powerfully epic.

That the first writing trip is less than two months away is epic.

The fact that i am considering this my final Summer for the 10-year plan i began in 2009 – epic.
