Smile – Disney Creativity and Innovation Keynote Speaker

Smiling Jesus, home

What makes Jesus smile?

Gotta say, this is beyond my understanding.

But if pressed to share some ideas…

Self-awareness…

Patience…

Fidelity…

Joy…

Children…

Caring…

And so on and so forth…

Probably all the things that make humans smile.

Smile with your home today

Disney Speaker Jeff Noel speech objectives — Three main over-arching speech objectives. For a keynote or a multi-day. For every day. Run your home life with the same three over-arching objectives. You’re welcome.

Smile with your home today.

And by today, that means everyday.

Magic, remember?

But you already know that.

Thank goodness.

Smile, it’s a nice reflection on you

Last night. Magic.

Encountered Mickey and Minnie on the route to a Disney gift shop.

Love .thinking .differently about photo angles.

Smile, it’s a nice reflection on you.

This is another organizational principle that we (Disney) over-focus on. Our competitors under-focus on, or ignore, smiling as a world-class brand builder.

Dude, i’m telling you, smiling is gold.

Smile, it’s a nice reflection on you.

This is a mantra for Disney Call Center Cast Members. It’s also a mantra for all Guest-facing roles. Sound business wisdom for leaders and, well, everyone in an organization.

I Am Driven To Help Others Think, Smile, And Be Grateful

Driven to see the same things everyone sees, but differently.

Dear Son, I am driven to help others think, smile, and be grateful.

And I mean seriously think. Deeply think. Transformational-type thinking. And smile because you’re happy, for everything, since you’re grateful heart can not stop giving thanks.
