Yesterday. Was actually trying to watch the Daddy/Daughter Dance video (lower left corner in the screen shot above) but the ad came on and i watched it, and was glad i did.
Yesterday picked up our Son at the Learning Commons (aka Library) instead of the track. Got to see something we rarely see. The bullseye is a key content point in my Disney work.
Yesterday on the way home from high school – six pounds of hand-picked blueberries for Easter weekend.

Choosing wisely is hard work. So is choosing poorly. We forget the later.
Like a broken record?
Yes.
Every day it’s the same thing.
And part of our routine is to be open to spontaneity. Routine can inhibit spontaneity.
Everyone knows that.
But being decently organized and simplified facilitates a balanced amount of spontaneity.
Without being decently organized, we spend too much of our time slowly falling behind.
Falling behind inhibits enjoyment of spontaneity.

As the clock ticks 2:33pm EST, no one cares about me sharing this minutia. But what’s interesting, to me, is how the sharing of these daily challenges and nuances actually illustrates the secret of life.
The secret of life is finding consistent balance, and using creativity, drive, and determination to consistently live in the space labeled thriving.
