After applying my Mickey Mouse sticker to the Walt Disney tribute mural, i walked around a bit. Reminisced about my first role at Disney, “Jungle Jeff”.
Pressed for time, i decided to watch the movie anyway. Rather than exit the theater normally, the Disney Host invited us to exit (reenter) back into One Man’s Dream.
Notice “Project X”? The initial “top secret” name.
Notice the name change to The Florida Project?
Filming two segments: one for the general public and one for the Florida Governor (Hayden Burns).
Thirty minutes after the first sticker, there are two dozen more.
Hours later, this was in my Twitter feed.
i honestly thought there was simply going to be some type of inspiring presentation about Walt Disney. You know, something you passively observed and enjoyed at your leisure.
The hoopla over me being the first one was a “Magic Moment”.
Never expected it.
One Man’s Dream was literally a ghost town for the first 20 minutes.
This unencumbered time allowed several one-on-one conversations with four Cast Members.

Opponents up by two after three quarters. Each quarter is eight minutes long.
Tied 50-50 with 4:22 left in the game.
Less than 11 seconds left, the opponents plan unraveled.
One of the most exciting Basketball games i’ve ever been in the bleachers for.
The lead went back and forth repeatedly.
And at one point near the end, it looked like the other team would run away with the win.
For the 15-year old freshman, he witnessed an unprecedented display of school spirit and was there in person to be part of a first ever Boys High School State Championship win.
It was the fifth game we’ve attended, and there were more fans at last night’s final than the other four games combined.
It was moving.

Crazy to remember two things:
Deep down, i didn’t think i could make it 100 straight days.
i never had any intentions of blogging past the 100th day.
Certain life events happen to remind us that we are limited by our beliefs. So be careful what we believe.
