Another aha moment i’ve spent countless hours thinking about.

Now, finally, i’m convinced.

i will still offer other options, but they will be the natural outcome from the path that began from someone seeking a catalytic keynote speech featuring the Disney Way.

What if you focused on something small – one small step? When you switch your focus from the “big idea” to small changes, a few amazing things start to happen: your team experiences progress; progress fuels happiness and trust; trust fuels inspiration; and inspiration starts the entire circle again – small change, big results. And these small changes shouldn’t come from outside sources (outside the box). They are found in the untapped creativity already inside your existing staff – everyone from maintenance to the CEO. Walt Disney said, “You don’t build it for yourself. You know what the people want and you build it for them.”

Conversely, Steve Jobs looked to provide what people didn’t yet know they wanted.
