Googled the issue and found what seemed like the solution. Force power down. Restart in Safe mode.

Didn’t work.

Called Apple care. Problem solved in 10 minutes.

When you least expect it, challenges. This is why being organized is so helpful. It minimizes potential meltdowns.

Meltdowns make us even more disorganized.

What is an Apple promoter?

Promoters are the highest level of Apple fans.

Walked into the Apple Store (above) and self-purchased three items using the Apple Store app. Then proceeded to exit without ever having to have an Apple employee assist me.

As an aside, i spoke to a couple of them that i know, just to say hi.

Using Apple’s Pages application in iCloud Drive, whatever i do on one device automatically changes on all my devices. This is extraordinary, even though we have come to expect this from Apple. It appears simple and elegant to the user, but Apple’s backend effort has to be extraordinary.
