Rock solid

This shot is not in focus. The foreground focus is ok. The distance is not clear. At all. My left-eye’s vision before two days ago — not sure i could discern the mountains. When your vision is 20-200, you miss literally everything. Thank goodness for a decent right eye.

Rock solid.

Most know exactly what that means.

So what?

Knowing is a start.

Action and habit formation, from knowledge, is the holy grail.

To know is to do. To know and not do is to not yet know.
