Classic question for all ages, what is normal?

Normal is whatever the hell you want it to be.

Note: Normal should feed vibrancy. Hard stop. Who the heck wants anything less than vibrancy?

Expensive
Impossible for almost everyone
Doesn’t understand the hell everyone is going through

Stereotypes are true and untrue beliefs about something or someone.

Stereotypes exist because they help society filter repetitive patterns efficiently.

Stereotypes positively offer effortless reflexive responses and choices in daily life.

Stereotypes negatively offer untrue, harmful, indecent, and unwanted judgement on things and people.

What is dogma’s greatest benefit to humanity?

Cultural blueprints.

Paradoxically, dogma predictably gives most of humanity permission to not change.

Not changing is dangerous.

Modern civilization has steadily improved nearly everything about living more effectively and efficiently.

Perhaps the greatest dogma is the tradition that rule breakers are on earth to make things better.

Dogma is a double-edged sword.

Be careful…

disney look book — The Disney Look is driven by leadership expectations. Employees love the clarity. Leaders love the clarity too. The context for these expectations is that Walt wanted to rupture the negative stereotypes of Carnival workers. Disneyland in 1955 was closest to the circus, carnival, and amusement park industry. Disneyland was a ‘themed-park’.

Why are expectations important to share with the people you care about?

Expectations are life-context.

Context is king.

Context equals clarity.

Clarity is oxygen.

Oxygen is life.

Life is good.
