Saying yes means no

7-second video: Leftover baked Ziti is awaiting me and my family. Windows open. A/C off. Magic Kingdom fireworks soon.

Saying yes means saying no to something else.

Blessing or curse?

Depends.

The key to this conundrum is being intentional.

Intentionality depends on focus and discipline.

Focus and discipline is fueled by prioritized goals.

Personal vibrancy demands that you reach higher, care more, think deeper, and work harder.

Status quo, dogma, and tradition must be eliminated from your decision making.

Happy present moment.

Todays blogs took all day to write.

Why?

Blogging isn’t the only priority on my daily radar. Today is a Sunday. We visited neighbors until nearly midnight last night.

No rush to jump out of bed on this Sunday.

Business product menu recap

31-second video: Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

My expertise is two-fold:

  1. A lifetime as Cast Member and Leader at Disney and Disney Institute.
  2. A second lifetime teaching world-renowned Disney Institute business insights.

My weakness (opportunity) is simple:

  1. Do i offer anything besides a Disney Customer Service Keynote?
  2. If no, why?
  3. If yes, what?

Bonus challenge is to create digital one-sheet products offer, and a sizzle reel.

Bonus thought about expertise from Derek Sivers:

“Mastery is the best goal because the rich can’t buy it, the impatient can’t rush it, the privileged can’t inherit it, and nobody can steal it. You can only earn it through hard work. Mastery is the ultimate status.”

Bonus insight from me:

Heads up. This is gonna sound crazy

i know of no peer who has thought deeper, cared more, reached higher, or worked harder to deconstruct Disney world-renowned business DNA. Once masterfully deconstructed, i’ve masterfully reconstructed Disney’s DNA into brilliantly simple pillars and 19 architectural blueprints.

Rock solid

mountains
This shot is not in focus. The foreground focus is ok. The distance is not clear. At all. My left-eye’s vision before two days ago — not sure i could discern the mountains. When your vision is 20-200, you miss literally everything. Thank goodness for a decent right eye.

Rock solid.

Most know exactly what that means.

So what?

Knowing is a start.

Action and habit formation, from knowledge, is the holy grail.

To know is to do. To know and not do is to not yet know.

Are your beliefs (and habits) rock solid?

Yes.
