Creativity: How can i (we) pause while walking 8-ish miles per day and enjoy an affordable power breakfast, and then finish the daily walk. Note: There are two breakfast places near us. This is one of them, this past Friday (48 hours ago).
Now that you’ve officially retired, will your priorities change?
Of course.
Why?
No more working in exchange for financial gain.
What do i think will be the biggest change or adjustment?
Candidly, and literally immediately, the thought of rarely (perhaps never) using LinkedIn is the first thing that comes to mind.
All the posturing, FOMO, selling, bragging, “hey look what I’m doing”…
Mental, spiritual, career freedom.
After that, creative brainstorming on how to capture my life’s professional wisdom in forms that benefit our Son.
And after that (most likely simultaneously), figuring out how to scale and sustain an adventurous, and grateful, way to enjoy life’s sunset phase.
