Disney Institute Speakers
From Paris to New York…how did this ever happen to a small town kid? Disney Institute Speaker team on stage at Madison Square Garden Theater.

Prioritized priorities are an incredibly vibrant way to run anything. A company. A personal life.

Doing this trip trumps any sort of financial efficiency.

Why?

Because time is sometimes more valuable than money.

The clock is always ticking.

Note to self…

Please be careful.

And intentional.

Happy present moment.

HE is Risen, home

Food for Families
Our 19th consecutive year delivering “Food For Families”. Yesterday morning at Ocoee High School.
A Publix Supermarket produce manager started “Food For Families” because he saw so much edible, but just-expired food get thrown away.

Don’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can do.

‘Only’ three times each year for 19 years. Not a lot in the big picture.

But 57 events is better than zero, or five.

We did what we could do, without becoming clergy or full-time volunteers.

Noteworthy: Three giant American Holidays in Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving. Historically, these days do not start out by serving others. Not only were we donating time, but also focus. It’s humbling to change a lifetime routine. For nearly two decades, we received more than we gave on those mornings where others came first.

Purge like you mean it, home

Purge: To rid, clear, or free.

At home.

Going through a lifetime of Disney paperwork, still.

Have done it many, many times.

Purging.

Cleansing.

Organizing.

Prioritizing.

Fun.

Freeing.

The pace is slow and quick. The quick parts are my favorite.

There will be more purging from this purging. Aiming to do it sooner rather than later.

A good day for a Friday, home

disney pins and thank you note packages
Cheryl put together some fun and unique Cast recognition awards for an upcoming trip. Disneyland Paris Cast Members love receiving Walt Disney World stuff. Soon, we’ll stay there five nights. Cheryl did something similar when she was there six months ago. It was a smash hit.

We are a couple weeks away from our first international ‘vacation’ as a couple.

Note: We did bicycle on Vancouver Island for a two days and one night for our honeymoon. Not counting that in this context.

Blessed beyond measure to have time and resources to go.

Blessed beyond measure to have Cheryl construct an incredible two-week adventure. Her itinerary includes a seven-night, eight-day French River Cruise. And of course the rest at Disneyland Paris.

A good Friday indeed.

A good day, no matter the day of the week.

Give me some good news, home

Mountain Goat
Mountain Goat in Glacier near Hidden Lake. No idea what Mountain Goats believe in except maybe a survival of the fittest type thing.

Good news, here’s that song, “Let Me Believe“.

Note: While the song is melancholy to my ear, the song’s title is perfect for today and tomorrow (and every day). Let me believe what i want to believe: HE is Risen.
