How do you manage it?
Or, have you given up and medicated yourself, so you can keep putting off important things without any guilt.
Yeah, that’s what “medicating” does, it dramatically reduces guilt.
Life can be a train wreck if we don’t get tough and get started.
Simplify?

But not all.
I remember vividly, shortly before 9:17AM, August 12, 2000, how I was feeling.

And you hear me, over and over, talk about how life is a daily grind.
Don’t get me wrong, there is joy, hope and goodness surrounding us. I get that. And am sustained by it.
Yet.
Yet the latest news says we better be prepared for stormy weather.
Been talking about that too.
