Use one or the other, but not both.

Steve Jobs would have turned 60 tomorrow. No man on jeff noel’s Dad’s side of the family lived past 60. As he approaches his 56 birthday, he (as we all should) is mindful of a ticking clock.

He’s not afraid of 60 as the end.

He’s actually insanely cognizant that none of us are guaranteed tomorrow.

Yet he is racing as if 60 is all he’ll get.

A deadline makes decisions more important and excuses irrelevant.

Themed merchandise is another nail in our coffin?

On the desk in the Pennsylvania home is a small Snowman pencil holder. No big deal. Many homes have themed decorations.

Can’t help but wonder if these items become commercially viable because the civilized human race is spending insidiously less time outdoors.

Does the snowman pencil holder remind us of Winter or does nature?

Not gonna lie.

People say this with varying degrees of frequency.

You know, a figure of speech.

For example:

Not gonna lie, this has been a very busy Summer and the past few weeks, while amazing, have created a sense of overwhelm.

It’s the number one job to figure it out.

Your’s too.

Could we organize our lives around this insane proposition?

Everyone we love is going to die.

Would a deep consciousness help us plan our time better, invest our energy more wisely, and sharpen our intuition on what’s wasteful?

And could we love them disproportionately more than if we didn’t think this way?
