Pressed for time, Angel came through and exceeded my expectations. As an afterthought i turned around and snapped a photo of me running wth the braces.
Called the dentist for a favor while running yesterday at 8:03am (they opened at 8:00am).
“i’m out for a run. Our appointment isn’t until 4:30pm today and neither my wife nor i can make it then. Can you meet me at the front door with my son’s Invisalign braces package?”

Two days ago at Epcot’s Art of Disney Store. Chances are my new logo may have a castle turret in it.
The paradox of fear and excitement.
The annual salary for a contracted project manager is astonishing, and leaves me afraid of not being able to afford it.
Conversely…
The annual contracted salary is exciting because it represents unlimited opportunity to grow my business’s marketing in ways i could never do alone.
It’s been an interesting phenomenon to enjoy a 100% referral and returning client base.
The time to worry about the future is when you don’t need to. That would be now.

New Passport arrived yesterday, in half the time they promised.
Making decisions about things i never saw coming is interesting because i wrestle with accepting my ignorance, and rejoice with my discoveries (and growth).
It’s quite possible this year will see me pay out wages equal to or greater than my entire income last year.
Never saw it coming.
And now?
Now i can’t imagine making a difference without it.
PS. Just sent an email to someone i’m working with stating that it’s absurd to hire an amazing person and then tell them what to do. She is grateful.

Most communication i receive from unknown people is for advice. Sprinkled in are requests for keynote speaking, like this one yesterday. Feb 2017 in Orlando for 500 people.
Email is such a funny thing because typed words carry no body language nor voice tone. i always bet on honesty and authenticity. When you write from your heart, it’s hard to fail.

I was able to become close with a few of the managers and many cast members at Cosmic Rays during my time there and will definitely reach out to them to reconnect. After reading your email, I wanted to look for some books about Disney to get into. I started with “Creating Magic” by Lee Cockerell just last night. Please let me know of any others that I should put on my list!

And you’re right when you said you got close to some of your leaders and peers. Getting close is different than being cordial, helpful, and respectful to everyone.
