Most are not the lead dog.

A few lucky ones become the lead dog.

With an ever changing, and wonderful view.

The goal is more than becoming a priority-driven person.

The goal is to do that, then continuously improve beyond your wildest imagination.

And, in case it isn’t obvious from me (but it should be), this is for your lifetime. Until death do you part from this opportunity.
