We walked 2.5 miles to Muhlenberg College Admissions so Chapin could ask, “May I observe an English class?”

The answer was, “No.”

But the beauty of the exercise shined in his discovery.

PS. Nine years ago (with my first iPhone) i quickly discovered i can send flowers anytime, from anywhere, for any reason.

On the 2.5-mile walk back to Cedarbrook Nursing Home after lunch, we passed many little things that caught my eye.

The whole way.

Including the missed opportunity to ask to observe an English class.
