First time podcast Guest later today

First time podcast Guest later today with Jody Maberry. Jody hosts Creating Disney Magic with Lee Cockerell.

Lee suggested i contact Jody about starting my own podcast.

Jody and i have been talking for the past six months.

Not sold on having one of my own.

But today, i get to be Jody’s Guest on his brand new, personal Podcast.

Bought the recommended microphone months ago, and two weeks ago Jody and i did a dry run Skype call and recorded a few minutes of random conversation – just to make sure both parties felt confident.

What happened 100 days ago (when i wrote this) is long forgotten.

What will happen 100 days from now is not on most people’s radars.

  3. The future

One little phone call at the perfect time

i worked the iPhone self-timer to take this.

 

Perhaps what was the most special was seeing, and feeling, how much everyone enjoyed each other’s company. If there was an individual highlight, it was my Mom calling my (same age) cousin Randy in California.

Randy has been going through a life-changing rehabilitation and is coming out the other end a truly changed person. We passed the phone around to everyone in the photo so he had “one-on-one” time with each. He loved it, and wrote on Facebook:

“just got a phone call from this awesome group, better known as my family, can’t think of a more heartfelt call ever, thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

Time waits for no one.

 

Happy Spring? Well, it will be when this goes live, but today, December 12, 2015, it is not Spring. In fact, we are only ten days from Winter Solstice.

And, 100 days from now (when Spring begins) will we have been successful in launching our 2016 resolution(s)?

Time waits for no one.

Today is yesterday’ “tomorrow”.

The long way is the short cut.

If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.
