The will to explore at home

Disney speaker and author Jeff noel's first book
This was Fall 2013. The will to prioritize priorities included publishing a book. And, preparing to retire from Disney after 30 years instead of 40.

The will to explore at home.

Do you have it?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 is best.

What’s your number?

Home life hack, aim for a perfect 10.

Adventure awaits. Uncharted territory awaits. Growth awaits. Even at home. Always at home.

A funny thing happened on the way

A funny thing happened on the way to the party.

A late-season (it was November 17) thunderstorm rolled in, fogging up the gigantic windows facing the Magic Kingdom.

Could have been worse.

Weather is always a potential challenge in WDW operations. Always.

We roll with it and never complain about it.

The smaller head count allowed for the food and beverage menus to be upgraded. Yes, these events have a budget – which is decent for a 30-year Cast Member. It was first class all the way.

Our drive home after the party took minutes.

It is never lost on me that the original vision was to live within five minutes of Walt Disney World.

Check.

To this day, it remains a “check”.

Balanced compounding

Gave him everything i learned, did, and taught from a lifetime at Walt Disney World and Disney Institute. Organizational Vibrancy transfers easily to Personal Vibrancy.

What is balanced compounding?

You fundamentally understand the magic of compound interest and the magic of doubling.

Slow and steady growth over an extended period of time yields exponential results.

When you grow slowly and steadily in mind, body, spirit, work, and home, you facilitate a personal vibrancy harmony which yields the following:

  1. Mental vibrancy
  2. Physical vibrancy
  3. Spiritual vibrancy
  4. Work vibrancy
  5. Home vibrancy

Living in the present moment, without regret, is mother of all personal achievements.

Stress is lack of discipline

Discovering why you where put on this planet is your responsibility. Enjoy the ride.

Stress is the inability to decide what’s important. Stress is wanting to be more spontaneous with your personal time, yet you feel you overwhelmed by the incessant in-box of life.

Being organized is a gift to yourself

Flowers during a Finland trip. Same flowers you see in Glacier National Park.

Being organized is a gift to yourself.

If you are decently or incredibly organized, you get this.

If you are not organized, you might be a little defensive now.

i’ve been both.

It’s a classic “no contest” comparison.
