Any leader and any organization, in any industry, can architect world-class creativity and innovation using systems and processes they control. World-Class Creativity and Innovation is not reserved for special organizations that have secrets others don’t and never will have. Exceptional innovation is built with four fundamental blueprints. Jeff’s Disney Keynote will be interactive, fun, thought-provoking, and comes with a personal challenge for every participant.

You’ll learn the leader’s role in creating an environment where great ideas have no choice but to flourish. Everyone takes their cue from their leader.

Jeff reveals Disney’s brilliantly simplistic three-step framework for world-class innovation. There’s always a beginning, middle, and end to the life-cycle of any challenge or opportunity your organization will face. Simple awareness is key to thriving in turbulent times.

Every company must solve small, medium and large challenges. Challenges you see coming, and challenges you never see coming.

Near Jeff’s house is Walt Disney World, home to 78,000 Cast Members and 2,000 different job classifications. There’s one unwavering belief that permeates and epitomizes Walt Disney’s DNA. Be prepared to have your belief system challenged. You’ll be reminded that the road to excellence has no finish line.

Expect to be wowed. Expect to have fun. Expect to be enlightened. Expect to be put to task. You deserve it. C-ya real soon.

BIO:

Jeff Noel is a 30-year Walt Disney World Leadership veteran, two-time Disney Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, a published author, and highly-sought business advisor, helping Fortune 500 companies worldwide achieve greater success through a series of programs focusing on Jeff’s unique approach and architecture for World-Class Organizational Vibrancy. He has spent his life deconstructing and then reconstructed Disney’s DNA into clear, concise, and compelling business insights. Jeff not only helps you see remarkable opportunity, but he also engages you in wonderfully participatory ways so you actually “feel” his context-neutral insights – it’s the “feeling” of these insights (and the simple architecture) that will motivate, excite, and inspire you to create a future that’s better than now. Much better.

Disney has always been organized as a technology company

At Disney…we’ve made the conscious decision to be the disruptor, not the disrupted. – Bob Chapek

What’s your next impossible that you can’t wait to do?

Disney Leadership Speakers
Most photos i post, in any online format, come from my phone.

In yesterday’s jeffnoel.com post you saw a bunch of photos with Disney’s Pluto.

What opens up for me when i know someone’s favorite character is the opportunity to go the extra inch.

The extra inch is a Disney concept that i operationalized while speaking at Disney Institute. Most of my colleagues didn’t see the insane consultative power it yields.

Going the extra inch simply means doing just barely enough (but enough) to surprise and delight a Guest or colleague.

For example, in replying to an email from one of our Son’s teachers, i can include a photo (unexpected) of their favorite Disney Character.

The way i scale this to be able to do it with literally anyone i know (via email, text, Whatsapp, social media), is that i have a structure and process for creating, collecting, and retrieving Disney Character photos.
