Give a little bit. That’s what life’s about. So I didn’t get all five posts done before heading out to teach all day at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
So here I am at 9:30pm writing the fifth of five daily, different-themed posts. This rarely happens because I’m organized enough to be 99.9% able to git ‘r done before leaving the house.

PS. There’s a hopeful message in this post (that reads like a diary entry). Simply this, know where you want to go, be prepared to make sacrifices, have fun, and never quit. Ever.
Should we organize our thoughts as well as our stuff? Can we? Will we?
Excellence is a habit. Refusing to let average become a habit is also a habit. Disney has taught many people many great things. Who can argue with Disney’s service excellence strategies?
I certainly can’t.

Only viable option – return with a vengeance. Having 24 hours to think and plan before the same speech to a peer group of “the worst audience ever”….I refused to be a victim. The audience of 40 deserved to be in a place to hear, and more importantly, understand, the message I was bringing.
Got there even earlier than before, rearranged everything: the room, the presentation, the activities, the tone, the goal. Everything modified to go up against the toughest “opponent” ever in 13 years…
