Tuition screen — Disney Institute 3.5 day tuition ($5.5k). Add airfare, hotel, ground transportation and meals. Easily a $7k per person cost plus time away from work.

Burn the ships.

So the quote above seems more myth and legend than actual.

Doesn’t matter, the concept is easy to understand.

Make retreat impossible so everyone is crystal clear, die or win.
