Soon after retirement, i also made the command decision to temporarily shelve Mid Life Celebration in order to meet unforeseen demand for my Disney Keynote Speaking and Disney Business Advisory Services.

Lightening up is good for your likability

Forehead thermometer — Blindspots are so obvious to everyone but the person with the blindspot. The person’s blindspot is always there but just out of sight.

Lightening up is good for your likability. In business and in personal relationships.

Seems so obvious.

Yet.

Yet we struggle.

Behaving in a mirror image with the way we think is called integrity.

Allowing our busy schedule, and the stress it brings, to blindly have ourselves behave differently than we think is called a blindspot.

Dear Son, this is one of the ~~many~~ more important lessons i’d like you to practice and hone before you graduate High School.
