Slow and steady means nothing if you cannot gratefully practice it.

Cheryl has always hung decorative flags outside our garage.
In the early years at our home, the landscaping was a baby.
The flags were easily visible from the road and as you drove up our driveway. About 15 years ago the shrubs became small trees and rendered the flag invisible to the neighbors.
In the Fall Cheryl hung a pumpkin flag. Thanksgiving , a turkey. Christmas, Santa or a snowman. Valentine’s Day, hearts. Easter, a Bunny. Memorial Day and July 4th, an American Flag.
She never made it back to the pumpkin flag.
We’ve always hung (only) an American Flag, since May 2001.
Remember that whole never-forget “promise”?

Took my glasses off and covered my right eye. By the way, probably doing this 20-40 times a day.
In this late-day moment, vision (still fuzzy) is the best it’s been since surgery.
Dare i say it’s much better than 12 hours ago?
In 36 hours i see Dr. Kumar for the “three-week” post op exam.
Can’t wait for him to see the progress with his instruments.
Feeling insanely blessed and grateful.

If i tell you the answer, you’ll never remember. If i help you discover it for yourself, you’ll never forget

What’s the difference between an important priority and a good priority?
Bottomline answer is, “The quality of your life”!
No one is eminently qualified to tell another what their priorities need to be.
However, there are some rare people who can point you to true north for personal (and organizational) vibrancy.
Consider yourself blessed beyond measure if you are friends with one.
