i write for three people: me, Cheryl, and our son.

family by Disney Tree of Life — If Michael’s head was a clock, at 1-o’clock, almost touching his head is a Kangaroo. First time ever, since DAK opened in 1998, seeing a Kangaroo here.

After leaving Michael and Cheryl to head home (we had separate cars), the Kangaroo stood up.

Every new year is an adventure for the ages.

How you see each new year is how you see your life.

This is an easy to overlook insight.

Why?

Because it’s an uncomfortable idea to think about and an uncomfortable conversation for unmotivated people to have with themselves.
