Most people don’t aim for a great life because they settle for a very good life or even an ok (average?) life.
Remember, there is no harm and no foul with where you set your life’s bar.
What is critical for happiness – and most people ignore this – is that you can’t wish for more or better and leave the bar set where you set it.
Also, a high bar doesn’t automatically equate to happiness either.
If the habits and rituals you carry aren’t serving you – no matter where your bar is set – how will you respond long-term?
