We said farewell to our Son’s Apartment.

He turned in his key and said goodbye.

During our first visit in January, we became friends with the new owner. Denise talked about having us visit their Brisbane hometown and see some sights. It didn’t work out but it was a nice thought.

Seeing his room empty again brought back memories of our first day six months ago. It also conjures up memories of our Glacier Chalet visits: sparse accommodations yet having everything you need.

Only days away from a three-week countdown to my 2024 return to the Continental Divide.
