Expectations, home

disney look book
The Disney Look is driven by leadership expectations. Employees love the clarity. Leaders love the clarity too. The context for these expectations is that Walt wanted to rupture the negative stereotypes of Carnival workers. Disneyland in 1955 was closest to the circus, carnival, and amusement park industry. Disneyland was a ‘themed-park’.

Why are expectations important to share with the people you care about?

Expectations are life-context.

Context is king.

Context equals clarity.

Clarity is oxygen.

Oxygen is life.

Life is good.
