A couple struck up a conversation about our Pixar characters. 

It ended with an invitation to have ice cream at Fenton’s, on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, California.

Seemingly insignificant

This heart-shaped rock is insanely tiny inside Glacier National Park’s one-million acres. Cheryl noticed it.

Context. 

Cheryl noticed an infinitesimal spec as we hiked down the 6.5-mile rock covered trail. 

We admired the heart-shaped spot on the ground. 

We began walking away, and maybe 100’ past it, i stopped. 

Returning to the spot, i captured a few photos with some “team gear”. 

Almost didn’t.
