Enjoyed the moment rather than capture it

For a guy who takes a lot of photos, i didn’t take many yesterday. This one was an afterthought.

Enjoyed the moment rather than capture it.

Rare.

Would i do it the same way again?

Probably not.

Do i regret not taking more photos?

Nope.

Son, it’s ok to be okay with not doing what you always do.

Remember, however, that great habits are scalable and produce superior long-term results. Aim for perfection, settle for excellence.

The absence of a group photo, when we had everyone here, would have been great but not having it doesn’t dimmish the memory of a wonderful day.

Perhaps the most impressive feature of WPS is how focused the school’s leadership team is in pursuing excellence.

They were a perfect catch for Nord Anglia Education – the Ivy League of International High Schools.

Son, you got to experience something rare.

What a privilege for us to have it at our doorstep for the past four years.

The only way to find out if Team Disney would be ok to record at was to go in and ask.

High School graduation in 12 hours.

Son, not many High Schools are in a position to use The Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center in downtown Orlando to host their graduation.

It is beneficial to not take this for granted.

Also beneficial to not take for granted is how much you’ve learned and applied from all the amazing resources in your life.

Never feel that this is a privileged life. There are many young adults your age who will have a lifetime privilege of never having to manage an incurable disease.

Privilege is relative and situational.

Be grateful for everything.

And try not to feel guilty about any perceived “privilege”.
