i used to feel guilty because my in-box owned me.

Then i realized life’s in-box owns everyone.

i used to feel guilty because i couldn’t crack the code and feel in control.

Then i realized i had no idea what that looked, sounded, or felt like.

Until interacting with Lee Cockerell over the years, especially after i retired from Disney in 2014.

Lee answers email, texts, and phone calls within 24 hours..

i realized i knew of no other leader who communicates so responsively.

Then i realized i could become the second leader to be so responsive.
