Been learning a hard, unwanted lesson, accidentally. Really do not want to unpack (process) it here. Yet it is healthy to process experiences to learn from, and avoid future, mistakes. Gonna rest on this one more day and decide tomorrow.

If you dedicate your life to learn, to do, and then finally, to teach, you will be rare indeed if you leave your child(ren) with the true north for personal vibrancy.

This will sound powerful enough to inspire or anger fathers: If i/you do not show my/your son (and/or daughter) true North, then i/you have failed at your life’s most important job.

Swearing etiquette

Father and son in the mountains — He doesn’t swear in front of us. Like we didn’t swear in front of our parents. But we all know every swear word.

Never used a swear word at work during a 30-plus year Disney career. Now, hard to give a damn about swearing. You feel me?
