Letting go of posturing, home

Finland, Summer 2009 (Senior Olympics), age 50. Ps. Sometimes my crucifix would pop out when i leaned over while wearing a tank top. Once i realized it was out, i’d tuck it back in.

Is it possible to finally, for good, let go of habitual, societal posturing?

Probably no if you’re working. By the way, posturing is marketing, hustling. No harm, no foul. Just tiring. Because everyone is also shouting, “Pick me!”

But five months since my second and final retirement i just have no need to keep up. Nothing to prove.

Letting go of posturing is exhilarating.

My desire to visit LinkedIn multiple times each day is slowly fading. And yet of all social media channels, i trust LinkedIn the most.
