This Summer experts officially labeled Gaming Disorder an addiction that affects mental health.

When we are distracted, medicated, and entertained, we justify creative excuses for not finding time to pause, reflect, and make adjustments for what is a clear path to destructive habits.

A couple classics:

  • i deserve this treat.
  • i have everything under control. i can quit or skip days whenever i want.
  • You worry too much.
