Day 6 West Glacier, home

Jimmy Buffett album cover
Jimmy has always said, “If we weren’t all crazy, we’d all go insane.” “You had to be there”, says the person who did or saw something unbelievable.

A second fun song today. Jimmy Buffett’s ‘Last Man Standing‘.

It used to be my goal, decades ago.

Palm trees and sunshine.

Beer.

Buffett music in the air.

These days, this Summer, it’s more like “first man on the trail”.

Imagine resolving the unresolved. Imagine “balance”. And if you don’t believe in balance, what if you envisioned personal vibrancy? Mental fitness, physical fitness, spiritual fitness, career fitness, home organization fitness. i love impossible.

Most don’t know but the biggest challenge, the heaviest lifting while blogging in Glacier, is editing down a “million” amazing, daily photos to just a few to share.

Now you know.

Feels good to get that off my chest.

Note: The writing generally is the easiest part of the prolific daily blogging process.

Star Wars at Disney
Walt Disney World is one of many Global hubs for ‘impossible’.

Note to self: You do not need to apologize for your prioritized priorities. Nor for easily saying no (or yes) to things that less focused people want to do or not do.

Day 3 West Glacier, home

7-second video: More context.

Regret stinks.

Inaction triggered by fear of failure, judgement, and lost opportunity perpetuate regretful decisions.

If your actions don’t harm others, yourself, or the environment, why worry about what others think?

This is one of life’s greatest victories – realizing it doesn’t matter what others think of you. Most of the time, you’ll never know.

Day 2 West Glacier, home

Not Baskin Robbins 39 flavors, but a lot of (pie) flavors nonetheless.
When in Rome…
Retracing my “off-trail” tracks after dinner.
Goodnight to the train. Goodnight to the day.

A lot happens in the next few days.

First, Cheryl’s arrival on a one-way ticket.

Then our son and his high-school best friends.

Feeling blessed and grateful beyond measure.
