The hardest thing in the world is to change who we are once we are well into our career. However, it SHOULD be the easiest thing because what we are really asked to do is to simply keep getting better.
As CEO, this is your top priority. And at the top of your top priority is your organization’s culture.
And if by decent chance you aren’t the CEO of a Company, you are for sure the CEO of You, Inc.
Same rules apply.
It’s no different simply because you’re only an army of one.
